Issues that need to be standardized for automated chicken farming equipment
    TIME:2019-04-01 CLICK:3592

1、 The disinfection system is not sound: Disinfection is currently an effective method to ensure the hygiene of chicken coops. Correct and reasonable disinfection can timely kill the pathogenic microorganisms inside the coops. However, many breeders do not attach importance to disinfection or do not follow proper operating procedures, resulting in ineffective disinfection, poor hygiene conditions in the coops, and the persistence of diseases.

2、 Vaccine operation is not standardized: Immunization is believed to be an effective method for preventing infectious diseases in chicken flocks, as it is known to farmers. However, many farmers are not standardized in vaccine operation or do not understand the correct immunization methods, leading to the failure of chicken vaccination, which not only increases costs but also fails to achieve good results.

3、 Random visits: Generally, there are many farms around the farm, so many farmers lack scientific and rigorous awareness of epidemic prevention. They visit each other and do not undergo UV disinfection when returning to their own chicken house, nor do they change their disinfection clothes and shoes. They simply enter their own chicken house and become a vector of disease transmission.

4、 Inadequate preventive measures: Currently, the weather changes throughout the four seasons are relatively large, and farmers should take preventive measures against weather changes. However, many farmers have not taken proactive preventive measures when encountering sudden weather changes or other stress factors, leading to the onset of diseases in the chicken flock. If the weather gets cold, warm measures should be taken to prevent thieves from blowing in; If the weather is extremely hot, cooling measures should be taken, attention should be paid to ventilation, and heatstroke should be avoided.

5、 Unstable feed quality: Currently, there are many types of feed available on the market, making it difficult for farmers to identify who is good and who is bad. They only focus on the price of the feed, resulting in a decrease in the diet of laying hens and a significant reduction in egg production; Broilers generally do not grow long, and in severe cases, they may develop a group wide illness, which takes more than a week of treatment to recover.
